Christian Vine is Global Road Link’s regional associate for Latin America, and responsible for business development for the continent.

Christian Vine has worked in the Regional Government of Coquimbo, Chile, between 2010-2014 and 2019-2021, as a Finance Ministry Representative and Chief of the Infrastructure Division. He was involved in different projects and responsible for coordination of the developments of Bi-Oceanic corridors, particularly the Agua Negra Tunnel that connect Coquimbo with San Juan Province in Argentina and the Coquimbo port improvements.

Christian furthermore has experience in financial, business and management consulting with assignments implemented with various companies in the construction and engineering sub-sectors.

Christian holds an MBA from Universidad Mayor, La Serena, Chile and has a Business Administration degree (Ingeniero comercial) from Universidad de Santiago de Chile, Chile.
